- 4 Cups Rice Krispies
- 3-4 tbsp Margarine
- 1 Cups Corn syrup
- 1.5 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 tsp Salt
- 3/4 Cups Brown Sugar
- 2 tbsp Marshmallow Fluff
Prepare an 11x9" dish and set aside.
In a large pot on low heat add:
- Margarine
- Corn Syrup
- Brown Sugar
Allow the margarine, syrup & sugar to melt together, stir constantly to not burn.
Once all incorporated allow to slow boil for 1 minute, and stir. Add in vanilla & salt at this point.
After 1 minute remove from heat.
Add in Marshmallow Cream and stir in until incorporated.
Once melted start adding in Rice Krispies 1 cup at a time. Add enough to make sure there is no liquid left.
Once complete add all to 11x9 dish. Press into pan and cover all corners of the dish.
Allow to set for 2+ hours before cutting into it. The longer it sits the better it tastes
VARIATIONS:
Peanut Butter - add into hot corn syrup mix before marshmallow cream and allow to melt.
