
Cook at 375 for 35 min
- 1.5 Cups Water
- 2 tsp Yeast
- 325 grams Flour
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Everything But The Bagel Seasoning
- 1.5 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 Cups Parmesan
In a large bowl mix all the ingredients EXCEPT the Parmesan. You will have a rough dough ball, set aside for 1 hour.
Grate your Parmesan while you wait.
After 1 hour turn dough our onto a floured surface. Stretch the dough out to a rectangle shape. Once you are satisfied with the shape you place the grated Parmesan in the middle. Spread it out so it covers the area.
Roll from one end to the other, then flatten out and roll up again.
Place it seam side down in a greased bread loaf.
Score the top of the roll and top with Olive Oil. Brush over top of loaf. Top with more Everything but the Bagel seasoning and additional parmesan.
Let it raise again, for 20-30 minutes or until doubles.
Once it has doubled in size place in pre-heated over for 35 minutes.
