- 3-4 Cloves Garlic
- 1 Cups Greek Yogurt
- 1/2 Cups Cucumber
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
Items you will need:
Gather your ingredients
Put the Greek Yogurt into a sealable container
Grate/Mince garlic and add to the container - on a small grater setting
Grate Cucumber on a course grater setting
Mix with yogurt
Add lemon juice and pepper to match your choosing
This can last in your fridge for a couple of weeks, but it won't last that long :)
This is great with veggies and dip or on a chicken pita wrap.
